Barnett & Hill's investor picks for the week of September 12 2016 taken from 537 active, single-family listings (56 more than last week). We've employed historical Abilene rental data as a means of identifying properties that could cash flow and pay off quickly. We culled listings from the past 7 days to produce our 10 best new listings along with a comprehensive list of all active listings, ranked by cap rate.
Since June 2016, Abilene rentals remained on the market longer without an occupant. This trend was seen in both the Wylie ISD and Abilene ISD and the pace was driven by north side and far south side rentals.
