In the first few days of your occupancy, you should complete this move-in inventory.  Having a completed move-in inventory on file prevents you from being held responsible for damage to your rental unit at move-out and allows us to address necessary repairs.

It's our goal to make all repairs before you move-in, but because we often are without power when we prep your apartment, things get overlooked.  Instead of filing pressing issues on your move-in inventory, make a repair request so we can schedule your issue and get it fixed.
